• Register for 1-4 people.
• Single golfers welcome, you will be placed in a foursome.

Platinum Sponsor – $1,100 (includes four golfers)

Package includes a foursome, hole sign, fullcolor logo ad on scorecard, carts and other materials and visuals at the event.

Gold Sponsor – $620 (includes two golfers)

Package includes a twosome, hole sign, fullcolor logo ad on scorecard, carts and other materials and visuals at the event.

Silver Sponsor – $375 (includes one golfer)

Package includes a one golf entry, hole sign, full-color logo ad on scorecard, carts and other materials and visuals at the event.

Bronze Sponsor – $150
